Deer Valley Neighbors,
Each year the community purchases a banner to hang at the front of the community entrance to honor and recognize all the community's graduating high school and college seniors. If you have a Graduating Senior from high school or college, we want to know about it!
The deadline for submitting your names for the banner is Monday, April 6th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Please include the following information in your email:
1-Name(s) of your graduating senior(s)
(please double check spelling before submitting)
2- Your home address in the community
3- The name of the school they are graduating from
(We will attempt to get the schools names on the banner. Please be advised there is a slight possibility, depending on the number of submissions received, that we will not be able to fit the school names on the banner.)
We will send out a list of names via an email blast to confirm the names we have received before the deadline. Please be sure to double check your email for spelling errors, please be advised that the names will be on the banner exactly as they are submitted.
If you notice that a neighbor's graduate is missing,
please reach out to them and have them contact
Beth Patterson at ngcspsu@gmail.com.
We do not want to leave anyone out!
If you lease your home out,
please share this with your tenants.
Rental Amendment- we are about 60 votes away from finalizing the outcome. The homeowners who have not voted have been reached out to. If you have not voted nor have received communications about the rental amendment to vote on please contact me via email.
Please remember that no wheels
(skateboards, bikes, scooters, etc.) or pets
are allowed on the tennis courts
at any time.
We installed a new gate system
at the pool in 2019.
If your pool card is not working,
please contact Ashley Grannum with Beacon.
Please be sure that the pool parking lot is used for pool and tennis patrons only.
Our Neighborhood
Our neighborhood of 245 homes is nestled northeast of Atlanta near the wonderful cities of Suwanee and Sugar Hill, Georgia. Settles Bridge Park, the Chattahoochee River and Lake Sidney Lanier are nearby for recreation. We are located within the Riverside Elementary, North Gwinnett Middle and North Gwinnett Hight School districts for our children's academic needs.
Board of Directors
Deer Valley is a managed by a mandatory homeowner's association for the benefit of its residents and maintaining our shared neighborhood amenities.
