About
Our neighborhood of 245 homes is a swim and tennis community nestled northeast of Atlanta near the wonderful cities of Suwanee and Sugar Hill, Georgia. Settles Bridge Park, the Chattahoochee River and Lake Sidney Lanier are nearby for recreation. We are located within the Riverside Elementary, North Gwinnett Middle and North Gwinnett High School districts for our chidren's acamedic needs. Deer Valley is managed by a mandatory homeowner's association for the benefit of its residents and maintaining our shared neighborhood amenities.
Pool
Deer Valley's favorite amenity is open during the warm months, usually May through September. Ranging in depth from a couple of feet to five feet deep. The Pool House has bathrooms, showers and changing facilities.

The pool is open!
General Resident Pool Hours are 10:00 am - 10:00 pm Daily.
Pool pre-summer hours are swim at your own risk.
Pre-summer lifeguard hours, weekends only beginning on Saturday, May 18th, are:
12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Saturday
12:00 pm to 7:00 pm Sunday
Summer lifeguard hours, beginning on Thursday, May 23rd and ending on Sunday, August 4th are:
1:00 pm to 7:00 pm Sunday - Thursday
12:00 pm to 9 pm Friday and Saturday
Post-summer lifeguard hours, weekends only beginning on Saturday, August 10th thru Labor Day weekend, September 1st, are:
12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Saturday
12:00 pm to 7:00 pm Sunday
Pool post-summer hours are swim at your own risk until pool closing (date TBD).
Adult (18+) Lap Time/Private Classes are 6:00 am - 10:00 am Daily. This time is for water aerobics and private swim lessons. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted during this time unless under the instruction of a swim coach. These times are considered "swim at your own risk" when a lifeguard will not be present. The Association will not be held liable for an individual's safety during these hours and discourages solo swimming.
Swimming after 10pm is strictly prohibited.
You must have a valid pool key to enter the pool area.
If you have lost your pool key, please click on the Pool Key Replacement button to the left to download the form. Please be aware that there is a $25 charge for a replacement key which must be submitted with the paperwork.
Tennis
Deer Valley has a set of two regulation tennis courts that are open to residents on a first come, first serve basis.
Courts are open from 8:00am to 11:00pm daily.
Lake
Deer Valley has a wonderful small lake in the middle of our neighborhood. The lake can be reached via the common lot at the end of Running Doe Drive. Walking throught the common lot will lead you out onto the dam where there is a deck overlooking the lake.
