If you are thinking of making changes to your property beyond normal maintenance (ie - mowing the lawn, trimming bushes) we request that you fill out a Property Modification Form and send it to our Beacon representative.  The Board of Directors will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.  Property Modification Forms can be found by clicking on the Property Modification below or on the Documents page.
